What is a Safe Player? Safe Player is the idea of two students who attended the lectures PCD UIN where there is a video player that automatically censoring the pictures or obscene or pornographic scenes in the video scene . The player raises before selecting a video scene from the existing data in the buffer, and if there is an element that contains pornography censorship it will be considered part of porn . Illustration Player 's Safe as can be seen in Figure 1 .

There are two stages to build this player . The first stage is to gather knowledge about how the scene is considered as a pornographic scene . There are two categories of traits are taken in this process are the characteristics based on the shape and texture based . Shape would be the main thing because only certain forms are considered to contain pornographic elements . Texture is also a part of the characteristic . Why here apply the texture , not color . Because many current video saturation change the scene so that the skin color may change , but the texture of the skin would remain . These features put into the knowledge database which then become a reference player 's Safe to detect elements in a porn video .
During playback , the video will be checked before playing pornographic elements . If there are elements of porn in one frame of the video then the element is closed or censored porn .
It is expected that with player Safe can help parents that children are safer in watching video . Safe players may also cultivated with prior to playback , this player to check whether the video is safe or not . When there is a scene straight porn then the player refuses to play safe .
